1) Definitions

  • Customer / You: The user or buyer through the Website.

  • Products: Items offered for sale on the Website.

  • Order: The purchase transaction made through the Website.


2) Eligibility and Use of the Website

  • You must be 21 years of age or older, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.

  • You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.


3) Account and Password

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or cancel an account if we detect abnormal use, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.


4) Product Information and Availability

  • We strive to display accurate information (descriptions, images, specifications), however colors/appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings or manufacturer updates.

  • Product availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.


5) Prices, Taxes, and Fees

  • Prices are as shown on the product page at the time the order is placed.

  • Shipping fees and any service/payment fees (if applicable) may be added during checkout.

  • If there is an obvious error in price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.


6) Orders and Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message/email. This does not constitute final acceptance if there is a reason we cannot fulfill the order (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order if fraud is suspected, customer details are inaccurate, or payment cannot be verified.


7) Payment Methods

  • We accept: KNET / Visa / MasterCard / American Express.

  • Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. Transactions may be declined by the bank/provider without our intervention.

  • If an amount is charged but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction/receipt number.

8) Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is within the State of Kuwait (unless otherwise stated on shipping pages).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, logistics issues, holidays, remote areas, etc.).

  • You must provide a clear address and valid phone number. Any additional fees due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.

  • Upon delivery, ID verification and/or a delivery signature may be required depending on the courier.


9) Receipt and Inspection Upon Delivery

  • We recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon receipt.

  • If the shipment arrives damaged or incomplete due to transportation, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label.


10) Cancellation Before Shipping

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled directly and will be subject to the return/exchange policy below.


11) Returns and Exchanges

(A) Return/Exchange Acceptance

  • We accept return/exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page or return policy).

  • The product must be:

    • In its original condition, unused (where verifiable),

    • With accessories and original box/packaging,

    • With the invoice/order number.

(B) Cases Not Covered by the Return Policy (Except Manufacturing Defects)

We may not accept returns/exchanges in cases such as:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, breakage, or customer-caused damage.

  • Products with removed/tampered seals or serial numbers.

  • Certain sensitive/consumable or hygiene/personal-use items if opened (depending on product type and nature).

(C) Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to “change of mind” or “customer ordered incorrectly,” the customer may bear shipping/return fees.

  • If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or a store error, the store will handle replacement/correction procedures as applicable.

(D) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the product is inspected and the return is approved.

  • Bank/payment gateway processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are typically issued to the same payment method used.

12) Warranty and Maintenance

  • Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty or a local agent warranty. Warranty duration varies by product.

  • Warranties typically do not cover damage caused by misuse, breakage, liquids, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • For warranty processing, we may require the serial number, invoice, and photos/videos showing the issue.


13) Offers and Coupons

  • Offers are subject to change or termination at any time.

  • Coupons:

    • May be limited by time and/or specific products,

    • Typically cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

  • In cases of abuse or manipulation of offers, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
