1. How can I check my order status?
You can track your order start by signing in or contacting us if you have used Guest option.
2. Can I modify my order?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be directly changed. Please contact customer support for assistance.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, K-net and selected local payment options.
4. Will I receive a confirmation email after payment?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
5. Is my payment information secure?
The payment will be thru trusted payment gateway in Kuwait "Tap Payments".
Shipping
1. How long does it take to ship my order?
- When you order before 3:00 PM, the item will be delivered within the same day.
- Orders after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
2. How can I track my shipment?
The delivery is within 24 hours, we will send you confirmation email once we receive the order and when the order is out for delivery.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
- We deliver across all GCC countries.
- We have Door to Door Delivery to KSA and Qatar.
4. What are the shipping costs?

- 2 KD for most of Kuwait Areas
- 7 KD for areas such as Ali Subah Alsalem / Sabah Al Ahmad / Mina Abdullah / Shuaiba / Wafra / Khairan / Julaiya / Bnaider / Alnuwaiseeb / Kabed / Al Dhubaeiya / Alrawdteen / Hegen / Abdali / Mutlaa / AlSubiiya / Alsalmi / Zour.

5. Can I change my shipping address?
Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.
Returns
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
2. How do I initiate a return?
Contact customer support to start the return process, and we will provide you with instructions.
3. Will I get a full refund?
Refunds are processed for the product price, excluding shipping costs.
- We do refund to the same type customer payment way. For Example,
If paid by credit card, the refund will be back to your credit card within 14 working days of the refund request.
If paid by debit card, the refund will be back within 7 working days to the same debit card used.
