Shipping Policy – Global Tech Co

1) Delivery Coverage (Kuwait)

We deliver across Kuwait. Some remote areas may have different delivery fees and transit times (shown at checkout).

2) Local Delivery Fees (Kuwait)

  • Standard delivery: KWD 2.000 per order (up to 10 KG).

  • Additional weight: KWD 0.200 per extra 1 KG.

  • Weight note: Charges may be based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).

3) Local Delivery Time (Kuwait)

  • Typically, within 24 hours.

  • Delivery may extend to the next evening, depending on the area and routing schedule.

4) Remote Areas (Kuwait)

  • Remote area fee: KWD 7.000.

  • Remote area delivery time: within two working days.

  • Remote areas may include (not limited to): Wafra, Khiran, Nuwaiseeb, Kabd, Abdali, Mutlaa, Subiya, Salmi, Zour, etc.

5) Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Orders are processed daily.

  • Cut-off time for same-day processing: 3:00 PM (orders placed after will be processed the next day).

6) Tracking

If a tracking number is available, it will be shared once the order is dispatched.

7) Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect details or no response may result in rescheduling and additional charges if applicable.

8) International Shipping (Optional)

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Fees vary by destination and weight/volume and will appear at checkout (if enabled).

9) Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives missing or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and items so we can assist quickly.
