Returns and Exchanges

(A) Return/Exchange Acceptance

  • We accept return/exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page or return policy).

  • The product must be:

    • In its original condition, unused (where verifiable),

    • With accessories and original box/packaging,

    • With the invoice/order number.

(B) Cases Not Covered by the Return Policy (Except Manufacturing Defects)

We may not accept returns/exchanges in cases such as:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, breakage, or customer-caused damage.

  • Products with removed/tampered seals or serial numbers.

  • Certain sensitive/consumable or hygiene/personal-use items if opened (depending on product type and nature).

(C) Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to “change of mind” or “customer ordered incorrectly,” the customer may bear shipping/return fees.

  • If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or a store error, the store will handle replacement/correction procedures as applicable.

(D) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the product is inspected and the return is approved.

  • Bank/payment gateway processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are typically issued to the same payment method used.
